Our Approach for Ecosystem

A SCHOOL IS AN ECOSYSTEM

AGVS is not just a school — it is an ecosystem of learning, farming, community, and enterprise. The campus includes classrooms, a residential facility, agricultural land, an oil mill, and a growing network of community partnerships. Future plans include a Gau Shaala (organic dairy), Abhyudaya Naturals (farm produce brand), and a Weekend Gurukul for urban professionals seeking rural immersion.

Farm & Oil Mill

The campus grows its own food and cold-presses its own oils — making AGVS one of the few schools in India that produces what it consumes. The farm and oil mill are working systems, not showpieces.

A Home for Senior Citizens

Older students live on campus in a residential facility that turns the school into a full learning environment. Independence, accountability, and community are not taught here — they are lived.

3 Buses, 23 Villages

What began with a single minivan now runs three buses across 19 villages every day. For many children, this bus ride is what makes education possible — and AGVS has never stopped expanding its reach.

CSR That Goes Beyond Kind

Over 10 companies have partnered with AGVS through CSR — funding operations, infrastructure, and programmes that a rural school could not sustain alone. These are not one-time donations. They are long-term commitments to a shared vision.

What's Coming Next?

A Gau Shaala for organic dairy production, Abhyudaya Naturals to bring farm produce to market, a Weekend Gurukul for urban professionals, and an Open Lab for neighbouring rural schools — each one an extension of the same belief: that a village school can be a model for the world.
